Return and Exchange Policy

• Return Request: Must be initiated within 30 days of the invoice date. No returns without written authorization.
• Samples: No refunds or returns for samples.
• Cut Fabric: Cannot be returned once cut. Inspect for flaws upon receipt.
• Altered Fabric: Returns are not accepted for altered or processed items.
• Custom Orders: All custom/special orders and discontinued fabrics are final sales and non-returnable.

Shipping Damage

• Claims for damages during transit must be filed with the shipping carrier. www.revolutionfabricsshop.com is not liable for damages after delivery.

Fees

• Restocking Fee: 25% applicable on authorized returns.
• Shipping Costs: Non-refundable. If you return items that qualified for free shipping, those shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Discounts

• Code "swatches10": Intended for free sample swatches only. Using it on yardage will cancel your order.

Shipping Methods

1. Folded Shipping: For fabric 3 yards and under - $15.00.
2. UPS Ground: For fabric over 3 yards - approximately $30-50.
3. Expedited Options: Next-Day, Second-Day Air, and 3-Day Select (cost responsibility lies with the customer).
4. Free Shipping: Available for orders over $100 within the continental US (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Mexico, and Canada).
5. International Shipping: Available to Canada and Mexico only; customers are responsible for associated customs and shipping costs.
